Manju Agarwal is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Allahabad. She is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. She has been associated with our Company since June 2, 2021. She has over three decades of experience in the field of banking. In the past, Manju has been associated with State Bank of India from 1983 to 2017 in various capacities, most recently as the deputy managing director – digital banking and new business. She currently serves on the board of directors of various entities including IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited, Hinduja Leyland Finance Limited, Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited, IndiaIdeas.Com Limited, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited, Glenmark Life Sciences Limited and Paytm Payments Bank Limited.
