Mark Ford

Mark retired from Deloitte & Touche LLP after 21 years serving as a Risk Management and CybersecurityConsulting Partner. Mark’s career included 9 years as an Army Officer and over 25 years in consulting with two of the “Big 4” consulting firms: PricewaterhouseCoopers (4 years) and Deloitte (21 years). In 2021 Mark established his own consulting company “Mark V Consulting.” to continue serving as a risk management and cybersecurity consultant and advisor to clients throughout the US and around the world.

Apart from Inspira Enterprise, he is currently serving on the Advisory Boards for C1Risk (C1Risk.com), Picnic (getpicnic.com), Secuvant LLC (Secuvant.com). The hallmark of Mark’s success in the Big 4 professional services firms, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (4 years) and Deloitte (21 years), was his drive to establish and grow new businesses. Accordingly, Mark was a founder and leader of Deloitte’s Identity and Access Management practice, serving as the national and global leader. In 2009 he was asked to build the firm’s cybersecurity team in healthcare, growing the vertical for 8 years.

Mark’s healthcare consulting experience included clients from all of the major sectors including Life Sciences, Health Plans and Healthcare. Providers. His experience includes serving many of the top Academic Medical Centers, which served as a bridge for his final role as the Firm’s risk services leader in the Higher Education.

In that role he was responsible to lead the development of the Firm’s approach and growth of strategic risk services in this new industry sector to Deloitte.
