Pawan Jaju

Pawan Jaju is a seasoned finance leader with years of experience in financial strategy, governance, compliance, and business transformation. Prior to joining Inspira, he served as Global Finance Controller at LTIMindtree, where he led global financial reporting, taxation, compliance, internal controls, audit governance, post-merger integration, and finance automation initiatives. He also presented quarterly financial updates to the Audit Committee and oversaw global regulatory compliance.

Earlier in his career, Pawan spent eight years with EY, leading statutory audits, group reporting, and financial assurance engagements across Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS. He also held a business finance and reporting leadership role at Huhtamaki India. Pawan is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Commerce graduate, bringing deep expertise in financial governance, operational excellence, and strategic finance.
