- Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are legal residents of the United States.
- Sponsor: This raffle is sponsored by Inspira Enterprises, Inc. (“Inspira”).
- Raffle Period: The raffle will begin on 17th February, 2025 and end on 7th March, 2025.
- How to Enter: To enter the raffle, participants must submit requested details through the online form provided on the Inspira website.
- Prizes: Six (6) individual winners will receive a free (1) attendee ticket each to the HOAG Classic Golf Tournament (19th – 23rd March, 2025 ) and the opportunity to play a round of golf.
- Drawing: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the raffle period. The drawing will take place on 7th March 2025.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via email and phone within 24 hours of the drawing.
- Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Limitations: Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Release: By participating in the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Inspira, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
- Changes: Inspira reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time without notice.
- Tax Liability: The winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated with the prize.
