Lalith Sharma brings with him over 2 decades of strategic HR leadership experience across global markets where he progressed through key leadership roles. Before joining Inspira, Lalith served as a CHRO at Sify Technologies Limited where he played a vital role in driving HR transformation and change management. He led HR strategies for talent attraction, management, retention & development and driving better employee experience through digital HR solutions. His expertise in HR Business Partnering, business aligned workforce planning, OD interventions, Leadership Development, Competency frameworks, Compensation & Rewards, People Analytics & adoption of newer hr technologies will be instrumental in strengthening Inspira’s Global HR strategies. Prior to Sify, Lalith was associated with Metlife India Insurance and AMCO Batteries Limited in several key positions.
Lalith completed his schooling in Chennai and graduated in commerce. He further pursued post-graduation in social work (PM&IR) from madras university where he was a rank holder.
