Vishal Jain is the Founder Executive Director and Joint Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbour, USA. Vishal served as Manager Customer Success with one of the leading retail financial services companies in USA, where he was responsible for the onboarding, adoption, and growth of the global customer base.

As Inspira’s Joint Managing Director, Vishal is responsible for the company’s operations and transformation, as well as building high-value experiences for its customers, partners, and employees. Vishal oversees Inspira’s Strategy Execution, Customer Success, Renewals, Customer & Partner Experience, Security & Trust, Supply Chain, IT, Services, and Transformation functions. These teams collectively work to accelerate innovation and growth for the company, while helping customers transform their own businesses through Inspira’s broad portfolio of services offerings.
