Artificial intelligence (AI) solutions provider Inspira Enterprise and AI platform developer Humans.ai have teamed up to unveil their latest offering for businesses: H1uman, an AI robot. Termed the AI colleague, H1uman stands around 5 feet high, is voice activated, and is built using blockchain technology.
Chetan Jain, founder and managing director, Inspira Enterprise said that based on the success of its pilot with the Romanian government, this technology is now being expanded to support citizen-centric initiatives in certain Indian state governments,”
Jain elaborated that H1uman’s initial deployment will focus on employee outreach and feedback, with subsequent phases targeting citizen engagement.
“This platform is adept in workflow automation, role simulation, and actionable analytics. Its features include call facilitation, data visualization through chart creation and detailed analysis, underscoring its vast potential,” he added.
Explaining the mechanism, Jain said that the platform gathers and integrates data from a wide range of sources like the enterprise’s systems, and internet data, relevant to its operation.
It then processes it through advanced data cleaning and debiasing techniques to ensure accuracy, and consistency. After that, it analyses the data, and delivers it through customisable dashboards. In case of employee outreach for example, it can help collect, catalogue and analyse performance data or feedback. It can also be used for communication within an enterprise, the company added. H1umans uses large language models and can communicate in multiple languages, including different Indian languages.
The cost of deploying the platform will vary from business to business taking into account the number of functions that H1uman is used to deploy. While Jain did not give an exact figure, he said that once the platform is scaled to corporates, it will become more accessible cost-wise even to medium-sized enterprises.
Industry estimates, however, have put the cost of such a solution between the range of $300,000 to $500,000 a year, depending on what functions it is used for.
